HEBCDM (Hebei CDM Project Office)

   Supported by Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Bureau, HEBCDM is the first technical service organization engaging in developing the CDM projects in Hebei Province , and its main work includes:

·Propagandizing the information related with CDM.

·Organizing the training about CDM.

·Developing CDM projects.

·Completing Project Design Document (PDD).

·Providing latest market information and related information about policy regulations of China and other countries in the field of CDM.

·Building a bridge between buyers and enterprises.

Main achievement:

HEBCDM cooperating with Mizuho have completed the PDD of Daming County Biomass Power Plant Project and some Project Idea Notes (PIN), the main content of Sino-Japan Cooperation Local (Hebei) Capacity Building for Implementation of Clean Development Mechanism, which were supported by Ministry of Science & Technology of China and NEDO of Japan.
